Nothing New to Report

Sorry we don't have anything new to share or show you pictures of right now. We are just doing the same old thing for the time being. We are waiting for this baby to be born, so that we have something to talk about on this blog! Only a few more weeks hopefully!

Vacation week in Cadillac, MI

The following pictures are from our week of vacation at Lake Mitchell, in Cadillac, MI (Aug. 6-12). We go there every summer with the Oele family and take over the cottages with our big, loud group. There were 23 of us total this year. (although, most of the pictures are of Dawson...we can't resist taking them, he's too cute.)

Dawson was perfectly content to just play with a bucket and a watering can...he probably could have cared less that there was a big huge lake to play in.

We tried to get a picture of all the kids, but Dawson was much more interested in this twig than smiling for the cameras.

Family Time

I spent most of the week floating on this raft, since it was the most comfortable place I could find. David and Dawson only joined me out there long enough for this picture. They had more interesting things to do, I guess.
