Dance Recital 2012

We were so busy a few weeks back that I forgot to post pictures of Jamie's dance recital this year (It was the same day as Paula's wedding. That was one busy day!)

Holland - Beach Vacation

We spent a vacation week with David's parents, siblings and their kids in Holland.
Together, we all stayed in a house close to beach access, and it was a great, HOT week to be at the beach!

Usually, she doesn't just go to sleep anywhere, but the heat and the sounds on the beach are enough to knock anyone out, I think.

Regular Days

I will post some vacation pictures soon

(we were in Holland last week)...

but for now, here is a look at just some plain-old regular day stuff:

Daily rock / brick / walnut grinding.
(They spend hours with the neighbor kids playing outside with rocks on the sidewalk.)

(He wants to fish SO bad...I guess this is the next best thing.)

Just making some mac & cheese, while listening to her iPod.

Falling asleep with a book, way past bedtime.

End Of Dawson's Baseball Season

It is the end of the season for the Durham Bulls. Nice work by all the boys this year! They improved a lot and became very smart/quick thinking players, by the time the last game was played.

This is Dawson with his long-time buddy, Jack.  They have been playing soccer and baseball together since they were tiny dudes.
